Hose

(1) The hose is produced from imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance (-60~200) ℃, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Has excellent performance stability.

(2) The length can be freely chosen, and any length above 30mm can be made into a component

(3) The inner wall has good self-lubricating properties, and when the flow rate is fast, it will not cause product vortex vibration, which is superior to other material products

(4) The hose port is heated and shaped, and its mechanical strength is higher than that of the original base pipe, so it will not rotate or pull off when matched with the joint.

(5) The product has strong flexibility, anti fatigue, and components will not pull off due to stress when floating

(6) The color of the hose can be customized

(7) When the bending radius of the hose needs to be softer, it can be specifically noted. Currently, the bending radius is 20mm

(8) Our company is responsible for installation, and in case of incorrect insertion, we can temporarily replace it

Joint

(1) The joint sleeve and inner core material are made of stainless steel 316L, and the maximum inner hole diameter can reach 1.5mm

(2) The joint is subjected to 360 degree compression sealing on all sides, with a tensile strength exceeding 150N

(3) The burst pressure of the entire product group exceeds 3.5Mpa or more
