Basic performance
1. Material: PTFE milky white/semi transparent; Spiral ripple;
2. Working temperature range: -10~75 ℃; Storage temperature:- 30~100℃;
3. Flame retardant level requirements: meet RoHS and REACH requirements, flame retardant level UL-94 V0;
4. Helium testing: Fill the hose with 1MPa helium gas, maintain pressure stability for 1 minute, and leak rate ≤ 5E-6Pa · m3/s;
5. Please communicate the flow resistance requirements clearly with our company when placing an order, or you can request product information from our company.
6. Inspection: 100% inspection, statement about impurities, black spots, and black threads
(1) Cleanliness requirement for inner wall: No residual impurities.
(2) Appearance cleanliness requirements: 100% lamp inspection, 15W LED lamp with acetic acid tape laid, visually inspected at a distance of 50cm, hose 360 ° rotation inspection for 5 seconds, without any appearance black threads, black spots, foreign objects on the inner wall, hard scratches, bubbles, discoloration, dark lines, etc., with a pass rate of over 95%.

Dimensional processing requirements:
(1) Total length of hose: The total length can be customized to meet the customer's requirements.
(2) Length of straight sections at both ends: Due to the presence of certain blind spots in the inspection personnel and standards of both parties, our company provides a tolerance range of (0-5) mm, and there may also be individual differences in the length of the flat ends.
(3) The inspection of the inner and outer diameters of the straight section is carried out using a unified inspection tool for measurement.
(4) Cut edge: The port should be flat and the inclination angle should be within 0.7mm.
Be careful:
1. When it is necessary to add G-code silicone tubing to the outer wall, both parties need to discuss the thickness and inner diameter of the tubing.
2. The product mining machine and server use two types of hoses. Please communicate clearly when ordering.
